All our products are made to measure and custom crafted specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there are production defects.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 2-month warranty covering issues such as broken hardware or rivets. Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine whether a claim qualifies.
